Returns & Refunds Policy
2. Legal compliance.
Our returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all business to consumer transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor.
Product colours, materials and designs may occasionally vary slightly from the image due to design changes.
In the event that an item is unavailable when you order we will inform you as soon as possible. An alternative or full refund will be offered if money has already been paid.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched and will be given a refund less a 6% admin fee to cover card charges. If you have ordered personalised additions that have already been prepared, then these will not be refunded.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days. It must be in its original condition and packaging. A full refund will be applied to the credit card used for the purchase.
Goods returned for reason other than fault or damage will be refunded less the cost of delivery. Refunds cannot be made for perishable products (Flowers & Chocolates) or personalised items.

Proof of posting is not proof of receipt by us. We recommend you use Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.
If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is specified, resulting in failed delivery, redelivery can be arranged (subject to a redelivery cost) or a refund can be issued less delivery costs. Where goods are faulty postage costs will be refunded.
Shipping & Delivery.
All delivery options that we offer are guidelines only. We endevour to send all orders out sameday. Next day delivery applies to orders received before 1pm. Once the Teddy Bear has left our premises and been collected or delivered to the courier or Post Office, then we are no longer liable for the delivery. We will not be held responsible for events such as non delivery due to strikes etc..
If you have enjoyed our service then we would like to know about it. By the same token, if you have had a problem or something has upset you about our company or products, please inform us as soon as possible. We always try to exceed your expectations. As a small teddy bear supplier, it is important to us to make sure we get it right so you will recommend us to your friend, family and other teddy bear owners.
